Art and Nature - Bristol School of Art

The Art and Nature for Wellbeing course offers a welcoming, relaxed, and supportive environment where students engage in artmaking using a variety of materials and resources found in nature to explore creative techniques to learn new creative skills. By the end of the course, students will have gained a deeper understanding of how nature, art and creativity contribute to well-being, along with enhanced skills, confidence, and greater knowledge of materials, techniques and processes inspired by or made in nature. All classes include mindful walks, nature connection activities and discussion regarding our existing relationship to nature and how we can strengthen and build this further.

Nature Journalling/ writing
