Warm and welcoming creative sessions designed especially for mums with young babies (pre-crawling). Exploring art, nature and simple wellbeing practices in the relaxed nature setting of Kingswood Park Community Garden and Polytunnel.

What to Expect

• Weekly 2-hour sessions

• Gentle creative activities using plants, flowers & natural materials as inspiration and material

• Time to slow down, connect with nature, creativity and other mums

• A calm, supportive and non-judgemental space

• A baby area with rugs and toys — babies are very welcome!

The focus will be on the Mums wellbeing. When mums feel supported and cared for, babies thrive too

Who It’s For

• New Mums wanting connection with other new mums to have some time to be in nature and try creative activities

• Mums with pre-crawling babies

• Group size limited to 12 mums and babies to keep it intimate and supportive
